John is the City-Sofive Coaching Director and is from Manchester,England. He has 30+ years’ experience in Football Development and education within professional Clubs, focusing on player and coach development.
He relocated to Los Angeles in February 2019 to initiate the Soccer Academy on the west coast and now to develop on the East Coast.
John's focus will be to work with the Lead coach and GM of each of the centres, there will be consistent training and developing of the coaches while ensuring the quality of the program is at a high standard.

Andy has held his UEFA ‘A’ coaching licence since 2002, and has over 30 years’ experience in Football Development within professional Clubs.
During this time, he has gained experience as a Coach Educator and Mentor, developing all levels of players and coaches, from grassroots to elite, both in the UK and internationally. In his current position as Senior Coaching Manager – Football Education, he has created, developed and managed programs at City Football Academy and in various international territories across the globe.
In addition, he is responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff globally, and to support the strategic growth of football delivery for Manchester City Football Education.

Over the last nine years, Gavin has worked on behalf of Manchester City and the City Football Group as Head of Football Operations Globally for the Football Education and Recreation Business.
Gavin is based at the CityFootball Academy in Manchester, and manages the Football Operations team who create, develop and deliver Bespoke Training programs on behalf of Manchester City Globally.  
Gavin has more than 30 years experience working in Sports Coaching, Education and Business Management where he has worked on behalf of other professional  Football clubs and sporting organisations.
